1. What product categories do you provide?
We supply two core series:
Fanless Mini Industrial PC (Box PC): Compact aluminum heat-dissipation chassis, multi-Gigabit Ethernet ports, optional display screen, blue/black/grey housing options for edge computing, industrial control, smart monitoring.
1U Rackmount Network Appliance: Rack-mountable network firewall, router, security gateway devices for enterprise network, IDC, broadband operation scenes.

2. Are your mini PCs fanless? What’s the cooling solution?
All box mini PCs adopt full passive fanless heat sink design with integrated aluminum alloy radiator. No rotating fan parts, zero noise, dust-proof, stable 24/7 long-time operation suitable for industrial harsh environments.

3. How many Ethernet ports can these devices support?
Our models come with 4-port, 6-port, 8-port multi-Gigabit LAN configurations. Customization of 10G SFP ports and multi-network groupings is available for enterprise routing and firewall usage.

4. Can the hardware run open-source routing/firewall systems?
Yes. All our network appliances support mainstream operating systems including OpenWrt, pfSense, OPNsense, Windows, Linux, Ubuntu. Compatible with broadband routing, network security, traffic filtering and edge gateway applications.

5. Do you support OEM & ODM customization?
We provide full customization services: chassis color, front panel LCD display, port combination, CPU specification, logo printing, pre-install system, and exclusive model labeling for brand partners.

6. What’s the operating temperature range of fanless mini PCs?
Standard working temperature: 0℃ ~ 60℃. Wide-temperature industrial versions (-20℃ ~ 70℃) can be customized for outdoor, cabinet and industrial workshop deployment.

7. What after-sales warranty do you offer?
Standard 3-year hardware warranty for all industrial mini PCs and rack network appliances. Technical support via email & remote guidance for system deployment, driver debugging and compatibility testing.

8. Is technical documentation and driver provided?
We provide complete user manuals, hardware spec sheets, chip drivers, and system installation guides for all product models. SDK support is available for secondary development.
